The seller keep closing the order without actually delivering anything. I can't tell if he thinks he can get away with it or he genuinely believes he doesn't need to deliver a service in exchange for the money he received. I offered to pay more than a gig and the seller is determined to close the order without even conversing with me. This is his response to me:"As for this order, I keep deliverying because, at least in my opinion, the task has been completed. I'm not trying to be rude, but for the 10$ budget I have inspected the code and delivered a brief inspection, confirming the possible issue." He didn't even deliver the inspection he is speaking so highly of.
